Long Lake and Long Lake Village, although are two separate communities, both are located along long Lake with cul-de-sac streets ending at long Lake off of Pennyroyal Dr.
Long Lake Village features several attached homes and villas with two car garages, three bedroom floor plans from 1500 to 1800 ft.² and homes built between 1994 and 1995, the homes in Long Lake Village are priced from $300,000 to about $420,000 and many are remodeled, attached villas, move-in ready, with all the amenities of pelican landing including golf non-equity, guard gated community and private beach Pavilion. Homes at Long Lake Village require of $1547 annual master homeowner’s dues and a quarterly fee of $836. This quarterly fee includes basic cable, lot maintenance and exterior pest control. These are low maintenance detached villas with a variety of styles and designs to choose from.
Long Lake is a collection of single detached homes built between 1994 and 1998 with three, four, and five bedroom floor plans priced from $450,000 to about $900,000. Most of these homes feature two or three car garages, arched entryways, lush landscaping and water views or access. Those that choose a home in Long Lake only need to pay the master homeowner’s dues of $1551 per month but do not have the added amenities and maintenance provisions that Long Lake Village provides.
